Manager, People Operations

We’re looking for an impact oriented Manager, People Operations to join our team! You will play a vital role in supporting the HR initiatives and continuous growth of Tasktop. In this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering on many facets of our HR programs across our global organization. 


You will be both strategic and hands-on in all aspects of HR including employee experience, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, analytics and of course special projects (just to name a few!).

Things You'll Be Working On:

  • Manage our employee development and career management programs 
  • Oversee our recruitment strategy and provide support to our team to identify, source, and proactively attract top talent
  • Evolve our employer brand by working closely with our marketing team
  • Oversee and continually enhance our onboarding activities to ensure we are providing new hires with the right tools to be effective in their new role
  • Champion initiatives to cultivate and grow our culture, including bringing forth ideas, participating in the development and implementation of these initiatives 
  • Create and implement training and development programs to attract, develop, and retain employees
  • Support the development and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives by working closely with with IDEA steering committee and working groups
  • Oversee the administration and strategy of our benefit policies and programs 
  • Create and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes
  • Manage and develop our People Operations & Recruitment teams


Great Candidates Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity and 2+ years of experience managing a HR team 
  • Good knowledge of HR standards and best practices
  • Experience leading and managing multiple HR programs 
  • Experience working in an organization that has a remote and distributed work environment
  • Experience with USA and European employment law 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Appropriate and authentic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional judgement when dealing with employee issues
  • Adaptable and flexible with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly interactive / energetic team environment 
  • Experience working in the high-tech industry
